Sales Business DevelopmentAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Identify new market opportunities and onboard new distributorsretailers.Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and competitor activities.Promote the full range of spices, blends, and value-added products.2. Client Relationship ManagementMaintain excellent relationships with distributors, wholesalers, modern trade outlets, and institutional buyers (Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers HORECA segment).Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication, order fulfillment, and after-sales support.3. Market Research Competitor AnalysisTrack market trends, pricing, new product launches, and competitor strategies.Share weekly market updates with the management team.4. Sales OperationsHandle order generation, invoicing follow-up, and coordination with dispatchlogistics.Ensure proper product display and branding at retail counters.Monitor stock levels with distributors and plan replenishments.5. Promotional ActivitiesExecute trade promotions, sampling activities, and in-store branding.Participate in exhibitions, food festivals, and market activations.6.
