Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive sales and build strong relationships in the apparel & fashion industry. The role involves meeting sales targets, promoting the brand, maintaining excellent product knowledge, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Location- Utkal, Bhubneshawar and Kanakkpura, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales by identifying and approaching new customers in retail, wholesale, or corporate segments.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, buyers, and distributors.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.

  • Provide detailed information about product features, styles, sizes, fabrics, and trends to customers.

  • Monitor fashion trends and competitors activities to stay updated with the market.

  • Maintain a strong product display and ensure proper visual merchandising in store/showroom.

  • Assist in planning and executing promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.

  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service with professionalism.

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and share insights with management.

  • Coordinate with the design and production teams to communicate customer feedback.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Persuasive, proactive, and target-oriented approach.

Good understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, and styling.

Negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM software.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or related field (preferred).

    • 1 3 years of sales experience in apparel, fashion, retail, or lifestyle industry.

    • Freshers with a passion for fashion and sales may also be considered.
