Sales Executive- Product sales

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell home appliances, white goods, and related products. The role involves cold calling , corporate gifting , and institutional sales , focusing on acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts across B2B and B2C segments. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients through cold calls, field visits, and networking. Pitch and sell products such as home appliances and white goods to both institutional and retail clients. Handle corporate gifting inquiries and customize product offerings as per client requirements. Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase features and benefits. Negotiate deals, close sales, and ensure post-sale customer satisfaction. Maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business. Track and report sales performance, lead generation, and conversion ratios. Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in consumer durables, electronics, or institutional sales. Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Self-motivated and proactive with a customer-first attitude. Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Skills: Experience in corporate gifting and B2B sales. Network in institutions, corporates, and facility management companies. Basic technical understanding of white goods/home appliances.
