Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Jaswan. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, creating tailored proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing outstanding customer service. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized energy and material solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
• Knowledge of Renewable Energy, Solar, Battery Storage, and HVAC Systems
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies for achieving sales goals
• Competence in CRM software, Market Research, and Data Analysis
• Organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the energy or construction materials industry is a plus
