Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential customers via phone (inbound/outbound leads) and explain various insurance products (life, health, motor, etc.)
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate policies
Handle queries related to policy features, benefits, premium, claim processes, etc.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Follow up with interested customers and close sales
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends

Key Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Persuasive and confident attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Basic understanding of insurance products (training provided)
Good in using CRM tools and basic MS Office
