About the Company:-

Raghushree Plast Products Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer and supplier of plastic raw materials such as HDPE, LDPE, PVC, PET, and ABS. Based in Kanpur, we specialize in high-quality, sustainable plastic solutions and serve clients across India. We are expanding our domestic sales team to further grow our market reach.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Generate and manage leads for plastic raw materials within India
2. Sell products such as HDPE, LDPE, PVC, PET, ABS to domestic clients
3. Recommend suitable materials based on customer needs
4. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
5. Keep CRM/Excel sheets updated with customer records
6. Work with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, purchase) to ensure smooth operations
7. Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity

Qualifications & Education (Plastic-related is required):-

• Diploma or B.Tech in Plastic Engineering, Polymer Science, or Materials Science
• Preference for candidates from CIPET or similar technical institutes

Experience:-

• 1–3 years in domestic sales of plastic raw materials
• Understanding of HDPE, LDPE, PVC, PET, ABS and their industrial applications
• Experience in B2B sales, trading, or manufacturing sales is a plus

Skills:-

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident in technical product discussions
• Proficient in MS Excel and CRM tools
• Goal-oriented, organized, and motivated personality
