Raghushree Plast Products Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer and supplier of plastic raw materials such as HDPE, LDPE, PVC, PET, and ABS. Based in Kanpur, we specialize in high-quality, sustainable plastic solutions and serve clients across India. We are expanding our domestic sales team to further grow our market reach.

• Key Responsibilities:-

Generate and manage leads for plastic raw materials within India.

• Sell products such as HDPE, LDPE, PVC, PET, ABS to domestic clients.
• Recommend suitable materials based on customer needs.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
• Keep CRM/Excel sheets updated with customer records.
• Work with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, purchase) to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.

Qualifications & Education (Plastic-related is required):-

• Diploma or B.Tech in Plastic Engineering, Polymer Science, or Materials Science
• Preference for candidates from CIPET or similar technical institutes

Experience:-

• 1–3 years in domestic sales of plastic raw materials
• Understanding of HDPE, LDPE, PVC, PET, ABS and their industrial applications
• Experience in B2B sales, trading, or manufacturing sales is a plus

Skills:-

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident in technical product discussions
• Proficient in MS Excel and CRM tools
• Goal-oriented, organized, and motivated personality
