You will engage with potential members, book consultations, and convert leads into long term members. With a 30,000 sq. ft. world class facility featuring premium training zones, recovery amenities, and cutting edge equipment, PAC delivers an unmatched fitness experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage walk in prospects, booth visitors, and in gym enquiries.
• Follow up with leads from social media, referrals, campaigns, and walk ins.
• Schedule and manage appointments for gym tours and consultations.
• Present memberships, pricing, and services with confidence and clarity.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve daily and weekly targets.
• Maintain accurate lead tracking through CRM and reporting systems.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum two years of experience in direct sales or customer facing roles.
• Strong communication skills with a confident, people first approach.
• Comfortable with phone calls, face to face sales, and live interactions.
• Passion for fitness and belief in promoting a healthy lifestyle.
• Experience in gyms, hospitality, or luxury retail is an added advantage.
