Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and convert them into sales for residential and commercial properties. Guide clients through property selection, site visits, negotiation, and closure. Handle resale of properties and promote new residential projects (affordable housing, luxury properties, plots, etc.). Assist with rental/leased property deals and documentation. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Maintain regular follow-up with clients and update CRM records. Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams for inventory and pricing.
