JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Land coversion company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. You should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and handle objections effectively.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, product development) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in [industry specific, e.g., tech, FMCG, B2B, etc.].
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
