Sales Executive - Night Shift

Role Overview: As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for selling products/services to customers in the US market through outbound calls. You should have exceptional communication skills, a convincing personality, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-energy calling environment. The office timing for this role is from 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential and existing US-based customers to promote products/services. - Identify customer needs, present suitable solutions, and close sales effectively. - Maintain a thorough understanding of the products to communicate features, benefits, and pricing clearly. - Follow up on leads, conduct research to identify potential prospects, and update CRM systems with relevant information. - Address customer objections, questions, and concerns in a professional manner. - Collaborate with the sales team, provide feedback to enhance strategies, and ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards. Qualifications Required: - Proven telesales or outbound sales experience, with a focus on the US market. - Excellent verbal communication skills in English. - Strong negotiation and closing abilities. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. - Comfortable working night shifts. - Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer proficiency. - High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is preferred.
