Job Description

As a Telesales Executive at our company, you will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers in the US market to promote our products/services effectively. You should possess exceptional communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets in an outbound calling setting. Please note that the office timing is from 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM. **Key Responsibilities:** - Make outbound calls to potential and existing US-based customers to showcase and sell our products/services. - Identify customer needs, propose suitable solutions, and successfully close sales deals. - Maintain a thorough understanding of our products to effectively highlight features, advantages, and pricing details. - Conduct follow-ups on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. - Update CRM systems with call particulars, sales progress, and customer interactions. - Address customer objections, inquiries, and issues in a professional and efficient manner. - Collaborate with the sales team, providing valuable feedback to enhance sales strategies. - Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality benchmarks. **Requirements:** - Demonstrated experience in telesales or outbound sales, with a focus on the US market. - Proficient verbal communication skills in English. - Strong negotiation and closing abilities. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working autonomously. - Willingness to work night shifts. - Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills. - High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is preferred. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Background in B2B or B2C telesales for US clients. - Understanding of time zone disparities and cultural subtleties in the US market. - Previous experience in industries such as IT, software, insurance, or finance is advantageous.
