Job Description

Position – Sales Executive (Field Job). Key Responsibilities: Promote Neuralbits digital health solutions to hospitals and nursing homes. Develop and manage strong relationships with hospital administrators, management, and key decision-makers. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and support trial implementations with clinical teams. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, area mapping, and networking. Fix meetings with hospital management and follow up on leads to ensure timely deal closures. Assist in free trials, feedback collection, and follow-up activities to drive adoption. Collaborate with the Zonal Manager and Sales Manager for planning, execution, and strategy alignment. Support the team in setting up appointments and maintaining smooth coordination. Submit daily field reports, update sales documentation, and maintain CRM records. Actively manage the sales funnel to ensure conversions and meet monthly/quarterly targets. Requirements: Graduate in Business, Life Sciences, or equivalent. Candidate should be local resident of Bengaluru, or must be staying at Bengaluru from past 3 years. Age: 22–25 years. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel extensively within Karnataka, Must have Bike,and willingness to work on field.
