Sales Executive

Role Overview India’s leading private bank is hiring freshers for sales role is focused on acquiring customers for various loan products. Candidates will be responsible for lead management, customer engagement, documentation, and coordination with internal bank teams. A typical day involves working with a lead sheet (Excel), calling potential customers, scheduling appointments, and meeting them in person to explain financial products and assist with documentation. Products Handled: ● Business Loan ● Home Loan ● Personal Loan, Education Loan etc. Key Responsibilities: ● Source business and achieve assigned targets via branch and open market channels ● Explain product features, eligibility, and documentation to customers ● Visit potential clients as per scheduled meetings ● Manage customer relationships and liaise with internal branch teams ● Handle end-to-end loan documentation (pre and post disbursal) ● Participate in marketing and promotional activities/events ● Maintain daily reporting (lead status, DSR, etc.) ● Generate referrals and cross-sell financial products Ideal Candidate: ● Fresh graduates or early career professionals ● Strong verbal communication skills in any regional or national language ● Comfortable with fieldwork and customer interaction ● Highly motivated and goal-oriented ● Willing to work in a fast-paced banking sales environment" Compensation: ● Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month ● Performance-Based Incentives: Upto ₹1,00,000/month based on business generated Many freshers in this role earn significantly more than their base salary within the first few months. If you're performance-driven, the incentive structure allows you to earn ₹40,000 to ₹1,00,000+ per month in total compensation.
