Job Description

As a Sales Executive at India's leading bank located in Thane, you will be responsible for sourcing business and achieving assigned targets through branch and open market channels. You will play a crucial role in explaining product features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to customers regarding Business Loans, Home Loans, Personal Loans, Education Loans, etc. Your duties will include visiting potential clients, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with internal branch teams. Additionally, you will be handling end-to-end loan documentation processes, participating in marketing events, and maintaining daily reporting on lead status and DSR. The ideal candidate for this role would be a fresh graduate or early career professional with a strong command of verbal communication skills in either a regional or national language. You should be comfortable with fieldwork and engaging with customers to build relationships. The compensation package includes a fixed salary along with performance-based incentives, offering up to 1,00,000 per month based on the business generated. The incentive structure is designed to reward performance-driven individuals, allowing you to earn between 40,000 to 1,00,000 or more per month in total compensation.,
