About Us: Neo Aid is a specialized recruitment agency with a stronghold in tech hiring. As we expand into non-tech domains, we’re looking for a driven Non-IT Recruiter to join our team and lead bulk hiring efforts for freshers in sectors like BPO, sales, operations, and more. Key Responsibilties: End-to-end recruitment for bulk/fresher hiring across non-IT roles. Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to shortlist candidates. Coordinate with clients to understand role requirements, hiring numbers, and timelines. Manage job postings across various platforms and track applicant flow. Organize walk-in drives, campus recruitments, and mass hiring campaigns. Maintain candidate database and daily hiring tracker. Ensure quick closures while maintaining quality and candidate experience. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in bulk/fresher hiring (Non-IT sectors preferred) Excellent communication and coordination skills Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like Naukri, Indeed, Telegram channels, or WhatsApp groups Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Must be highly organized with a proactive approach to hiring Good to Have: Experience hiring for BPO/KPO, telecalling, sales associates, or field roles.
