Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Executive for an on-site role at our office in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing personalized consultations, and promoting our products to meet sales targets. The role includes building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring enhanced customer satisfaction, and contributing to revenue growth. Responsibilities also include preparing sales reports, understanding market trends, and effectively communicating the value of lab-grown diamonds to clients.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Sales and Customer Relationship Management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies
Prior experience in luxury goods, jewelry, or retail sales is a plus
Adept at using CRM tools and other sales-related software
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
