Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role involves attending to customer inquiries, managing the sales process from start to finish, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for providing product information and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries effectively
Knowledge of the jewelry industry and an understanding of lab-grown diamonds is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
