Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kollam , Thrissur kottayam for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and promoting products effectively. The role involves conducting market research, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and preparing sales reports. The Sales Executive will also be expected to work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and provide excellent customer service.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and customer relationship management techniques
  • Proficiency in sales software or tools
  • Experience in market research and identifying business opportunities
  • Flexibility to work on-site and adaptability to market trends
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in the food products or FMCG industry is a plus
