Role & responsibilities We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive Business Loans (DST) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring new business loan customers through direct sales channels, building strong relationships, and ensuring seamless loan processing to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify and acquire potential customers for business loans through direct sales (DST) model. Lead Generation: Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market visits. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. Loan Application Processing: Assist clients in documentation, eligibility assessment, and submission of loan applications. Market Research: Stay updated on competitor offerings, market trends, and customer needs. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines while maintaining accurate sales reports. Required Skills & Qualifications: Min 6 months of experience in business loan sales, preferably in the Direct Sales Team (DST) model. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to generate leads and convert them into successful sales. Sound knowledge of financial products, credit policies, and business loan processes.
