Sales Executive

As a Field Sales Representative at Mondelz International, you will play a crucial role in developing professional relationships with customers and optimizing base sales, new product development (NPD), and promotions. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring maximum visual impact and shelf availability through merchandising techniques, implementing and monitoring promotional activities, managing the placement of point of buying materials, and reporting on activities. To excel in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes, strong analytical abilities, and previous sales experience, preferably in the FMCG/CPG industry. Your perseverance and attention to detail will be essential in achieving success in this position. In addition to your skills and experience, full-time graduation is a mandatory educational requirement for this role, and prior GT (Grocery Trade) experience is also necessary.
