1. Lead in planning & execution of Company’s Growth.
2. Responsible for new Business Development, Key Account Management, customer support excellence, pricing, Techno-commercial negotiations, receivables management.
3. Prepare sales plan depending upon market forecast.
4. Design and implement competent strategies based on sales forecasts and market research.
5. In-depth market research and environment scanning to identify market potential, future trends, benchmark product pricing and mapping customer requirements.
6. Explore potential business avenues & expand existing business share.
7. Identify new streams for revenue growth and maintain relationships with customers to achieve business.
8. Conduct competitor analysis by keeping up-to-date of market trends.
9. To identify new Customers related to existing Product range and develop the same.
10. Periodical review of sales target & take appropriate action for the same.
11 Interaction with Customer & know their requirements as well fulfill their needs.
12 To attend customer complaints & solve the problem by interacting concerned person.
13 Responsible for payment collection and account reconciliation of each customer on monthly basis.
14 Periodical review (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly) review of Sales team.
15 Any other responsibilities assigned by the Company.
