Sales Executive (Management Trainee - Sales)

We are seeking dynamic and driven Management Trainees Sales to join our expanding team. This role provides hands-on training in real-world sales environments and is perfect for recent graduates or final-year students aiming to kickstart a career in sales and business development. Key Responsibilities: - Developing and expanding market presence for an emerging brand. - Generating leads through prospecting, cold calling, and client visits. - Managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure. - Creating and executing strategies to meet monthly and annual sales targets. - Maintaining detailed records of client interactions, deals, and follow-ups. - Participating in regular sales meetings, reviews, and planning sessions. - Collaborating closely with senior sales professionals to understand client needs and provide solutions. - Upholding brand integrity and compliance in all sales activities. Requirements: - Pursuing or completed BBA, B.Com, BA, or MBA. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn. - Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and fieldwork. - Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management. - Fluency in Kannada is preferred.
