About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven MBA freshers to join our core sales team. The role involves identifying potential clients, building relationships, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, emails, and networking.
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable product or service solutions.
• Maintain and expand the customer database to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
• Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead generation and order fulfillment.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Good understanding of marketing and sales principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Educational Qualification:

• MBA in Marketing / Sales / Business Administration or equivalent (Freshers welcome).

• Market penetration and new client acquisition.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
