We will always invest time to ensure that our staffs have the proper training in order to get the most efficient workforce. 1) Sales Executive Role Description : We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives (freshers or experienced) to join our team, with the sales areas specifically focused on Alipurduar, Jaigaon, and Lataguri. Candidates with prior experience in Pest Control, Facility Management, Insurance, or Real Estate sectors will be given preference. The role involves contributing to the company’s revenue goals by building and nurturing long-term client relationships while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. As a Sales Executive, you are expected to bring creativity, a strong understanding of the sales process, and innovative ideas to support business growth. Excellent communication skills, energy, and a proactive approach are essential. The ideal candidate should aspire to maintain strong and successful client connections across the assigned region, playing a key role in expanding our presence and service outreach.
