Key Responsibilities
• Drive monthly B2B sales to achieve ₹15 lakh business target.
• Identify, onboard, and manage new dealers across assigned regions.
• Strengthen relationships with existing retail partners to increase sales volume.
• Execute brand promotions, product presentations, and counter activities.
• Coordinate with the internal sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and market insights for management review.

Ideal Candidate
• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in automotive / spare parts / lubricant / FMCG B2B sales.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about motorcycles and the auto industry.
• Willing to travel for dealer visits and sales expansion.
