Founding team member – You’ll be among early founding team members working closely with founders and exploring all aspects of building a start-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to potential clients and introduce our products/services.
• Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Maintain detailed records of outreach, conversations, and lead status using CRM tools.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, or LinkedIn to nurture leads.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
• Achieve and exceed monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or lead generation.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient in handling rejections.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic sales tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
