1. Sales Executive / Sales Associate 20,000/month Department : Sales & Customer Experience Reporting To : Showroom Manager / Sales Manager Employment Type : Full-time Key Responsibilities : Greet and assist walk-in customers in selecting tiles, sanitaryware, and home fittings. Explain product features, pricing, and combinations based on customer needs. Generate quotes, confirm orders, and follow up on payments & deliveries. Maintain showroom displays and ensure visual appeal. Coordinate with backend teams for stock and billing. Who Should Apply : 1–3 years of experience in retail/showroom sales (tiles/building material preferred). Strong communication in Hindi, English & local language. Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp/catalog sharing. Target-driven, customer-first attitude with good grooming. 2. Lead Generator / Lead Generation Executive Department : Sales & Marketing Reporting To : Sales Manager / Marketing Manager Employment Type : Full-time Key Responsibilities : Identify and reach out to potential clients: homeowners, builders, architects, etc. Conduct field visits, phone calls, WhatsApp/email follow-ups. Collect project info, qualify leads, and hand over to sales team. Maintain CRM records and support in local marketing efforts. Attend events and distribute brochures in key areas. Who Should Apply : 1–3 years in telesales, marketing, or field outreach (real estate/interior industry preferred). Comfortable with fieldwork and cold calling. Confident communicator with basic digital & reporting skills. Energetic, proactive, and growth-oriented.
