Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Klypto Pvt. Ltd., Mohali. The role involves driving B2C lead generation and sales, managing client relationships, and promoting our platform in the finance market. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to achieve targets through innovative sales and market research strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
  • Generate and qualify leads through multiple channels including cold calling, referrals, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Develop and implement strategies to target and acquire clients, specifically in the B2C finance segment.
  • Conduct detailed market research using ethical data mining, research tools, and surveys to identify opportunities.
  • Manage and update client data in CRM systems; track leads, sales activities, and conversions.
  • Run successful sales campaigns with innovative and data-driven approaches to maximize outreach.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.3–5 years of proven sales experience with a strong focus on B2C lead generation.Prior experience working with finance companies (mandatory).Proficiency in CRM tools, cold calling, and modern sales software.Experience in market research through ethical data mining and other research processesExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to adapt sales strategies to meet evolving business needs.
