Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the on-camera personality for YouTube videos and Instagram reels/stories.
• Create, present, and deliver engaging content that aligns with our brand voice.
• Collaborate with the creative team to plan content calendars, scripts, and themes.
• Actively engage with followers to build a strong community.
• Monitor social media trends and apply innovative ideas to grow followers and engagement.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of growing YouTube and Instagram channels (please share examples).
• Strong on-camera presence and communication skills.
• Ability to create and edit content (basic video editing skills preferred).
• Creative mindset with knowledge of social media trends.
• Passion for storytelling and audience engagement.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in brand collaborations or influencer marketing.
• Knowledge of SEO for YouTube and Instagram hashtags/algorithms.
• Familiarity with analytics tools for tracking performance.
