Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies: Identify potential B2B clients (jewelers, retailers, manufacturers) and develop targeted sales plans to achieve revenue goals.Build and maintain client relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and new clients through regular communication, visits, and networking. Understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.Present and demonstrate products: Showcase our range of loose diamonds, including certified diamonds, highlighting their quality, cut, clarity, carat weight, and other relevant features. Clearly articulate the value proposition.Negotiate and close deals: Effectively negotiate pricing and terms with clients, addressing their concerns and closing deals that are profitable for the company.Provide exceptional customer service: Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.Stay up-to-date on market trends: Maintain a thorough understanding of the diamond market, including pricing fluctuations, new products, and competitor activities.Manage sales pipeline and reporting: Track sales activities, manage leads, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.Attend industry events: Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and generate leads.
