Kinkob Kreations is one of India’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of premium-quality hotel linen products, including mattresses, bed linens, bath linens, and uniforms. With a strong and growing presence across the country, we aim to deliver comfort, quality, and elegance to the hospitality industry. To further expand our B2B customer base, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive who has a passion for sales, strong product knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective B2B sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify, approach, and establish strong business relationships with potential clients in hospitality, healthcare, and institutional sectors.
  • Promote, present, and sell mattresses, hotel linens, and related products to prospective customers.
  • Conduct field marketing and client visits to explore new opportunities and expand market reach.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations, fabric demonstrations, and mattress trials to clients.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure seamless customer service and order execution.
  • Maintain detailed records of leads, sales pipelines, client interactions, and timely follow-ups.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports, market insights, and competitor updates to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the hotel linen, mattress, or fabric/uniform industry.
  • Strong product selling knowledge with the ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of mattresses, fabrics, hotel linens, and uniform materials is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Excellent sales pitching, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and confident in handling field sales & direct client interactions.

Additional Requirements

  • Must own a personal bike for local travel and client visits.
  • Comfortable with frequent fieldwork, travel, and product demos.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Passionate about business development, client servicing, and achieving sales targets.

Compensation & Work Mode

  • Salary Range: ₹2.40 – ₹4.20 LPA (Performance-based; flexible for deserving candidates).
  • Work Mode: Office + Field Work (B2B Sales Role).
