Job Description

Job Description We are looking for an experienced person who would be responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives for the assigned territory or state. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing tours for approximately 2 to 3 weeks per month within the designated state. During non-tour days, the candidate will report to our offices located in Jalandhar. Local candidate/residing within 100km areas of Jalandhar will be preferred. Prior knowledge of dealer-distribution channel, contractors (MEP), architects and Government Department handling is must. Base Location: Jalandhar Territory: Punjab, Karnal, Tricity Experience: 3-5 years (Similar field in any industry) Salary: Competitive Salary + Incentives Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate (Preference will be given to MBA candidates) Key Responsibilities: · Develop and manage dealer/distributor network · Visit dealers regularly and build strong relationships · Promote business by giving product demos to end users · Conduct product presentations for end users to support growth · Meet architects, consultants & visit sites for product promotion · Follow up on orders, payments & resolve client queries · Explore new leads and execute local promotional activities · Submit reports and coordinate with the internal team · Ensure regular CRM updates and task completion Apply at: hr@kartarvalves.com or WhatsApp: 91159-58400 / 91151-20400 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year Benefits: Flexible schedule Health insurance Compensation Package: Commission pay Schedule: Morning shift
