Job Title:

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen distribution networks to achieve monthly sales targets across products, distributors, towns, and territory
  
• Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and fabricators in high-potential markets
  
• Expand market presence based on town-wise and population-based targets
  
• Plan and execute market visits as per Permanent Journey Plan (PJP)
  
• Develop strong relationships with distributors, fabricators, carpenters, builders, contractors, and government bodies
  
• Analyze sales performance, distributor productivity, and market trends to drive improvement
  
• Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategic initiatives to improve market penetration
  
• Ensure excellent after-sales service, address customer complaints, and follow up on payments
  
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit monthly sales and distributor reports on time
  

Required Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelors Degree (Minimum 50% marks)
  
• First Class (60% and above) in 10th & 12th is mandatory
  

Experience:

• 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in sales & distribution
  
• Experience in building materials industry preferred
  
• Candidates with 3+ years of experience may be considered for higher responsibilities
  

Skills & Competencies

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  
• Good analytical and numerical ability
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
  
• Fluency in local language along with Hindi and English
