Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research. Qualify leads and develop a strong sales pipeline. Research and understand client needs and requirements. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly. Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations. Negotiate and close sales deals. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate sales records and reports. Provide regular sales forecasts to the Sales Manager. Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide feedback to the Sales Manager on market insights and customer needs. Sales Administration: Prepare and submit sales proposals and contracts. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software. Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business.
