Address guest inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously. Maintain guest confidentiality. Spa Operations: Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are clean, organized, and well-stocked. Maintain accurate records of guest treatments and preferences. Assist in maintaining inventory of spa products and supplies. Adhere to spa policies and procedures. Assist with general spa maintenance and cleanliness. Professional Development: Stay up-to-date on the latest spa treatments and techniques. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge. Maintain professional licensure and certifications as required. Sales: Recommend and promote spa products and services to guests. Achieve sales targets as set by management.
