Job Description

Sales Target Achievement: Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Resolve customer complaints. Sales Operations: Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets. Maintain accurate sales records and reports. Coordinate sales activities with other departments. Manage sales related documentation. Team Support: Assist in training and mentoring junior sales staff. Provide support to the Sales Manager in day-to-day operations. Motivate team members to achieve sales goals. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Stay up to date on industry trends. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing customers.
