Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients who require web design, development, and digital solutions.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and online platforms.
  • Present and pitch company services to prospective clients through virtual or in-person meetings.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable web design and digital solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, company offerings, and competitors.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience in IT, software, or digital services (web design preferred).
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, digital marketing, and web development services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
