Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns related to insurance products.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling of insurance policies to existing clients.
Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management for sales performance metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, etc.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

Job Requirements:

Prior exp or internship in sales is preferable
Strong communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
