• Education: 12th Pass or Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with toy shops, stationery stores, and general trade retailers within the assigned territory.
• Regular market visits to generate orders and ensure product placement and visibility.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.
• Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the sales manager.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with distributors/stockists as needed.
• Execute promotions, schemes, and product displays in retail outlets.
• Maintain accurate records of daily visits, orders, and customer interactions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in toys, stationery, or FMCG products within general trade.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
• Good knowledge of the local market, retail network, and territory.
• Ability to communicate fluently in regional language and basic English/Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge must be able to use mobile apps, Excel/Google Sheets, and email.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred for field travel).
