Job Summary

As a Sales Executive at SD Media, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching our digital marketing services, and closing deals. Your role will be essential in generating revenue, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the agency’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, online research).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored digital marketing solutions.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product/service demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to close deals successfully.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.

Key Sales Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Persuasive selling techniques and objection handling.
  • Relationship-building and client management.
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, etc.) is a plus.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software is an advantage.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude towards achieving business goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
