Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive specializing in cosmetic products located in Surat. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales by identifying and engaging potential clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting the company's cosmetic products. Additional tasks include preparing sales plans and reports, achieving sales targets, handling customer inquiries, and working collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure customer needs are met.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer relationship management skills, including lead generation and client engagement
• Communication and negotiation abilities to build and maintain relationships
• Understanding of the cosmetic industry, including product knowledge and market trends
• Organizational and time management skills to plan and achieve sales targets effectively
• Proficiency in leveraging CRM tools and other sales tracking software
• Self-motivated and goal-driven with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Prior sales experience in the cosmetic or related industry would be advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field preferred but not mandatory
