Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control Supervisor located in Surat. The Quality Control Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily quality control activities, ensuring that product standards are met. Key tasks will include supervising the quality control team, conducting tests to ensure product quality, analyzing data, implementing quality assurance protocols, and maintaining laboratory protocols and standards. The role demands close monitoring of production processes, identifying areas needing improvement, and taking corrective actions.

• Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance
• Proficiency in Laboratory Skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field
• Prior experience in the herbal or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
