Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a R&D Executive in the Cosmetics Division at Janki Herbals, located in Surat. The R&D Executive will be responsible for conducting sensory evaluations, overseeing and conducting research and development activities, and ensuring the integration of food technology and food science aspects in product development. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing research projects, analyzing test results, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role demands innovation and attention to detail to drive the development of high-quality cosmetic products.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sensory Evaluation
• Strong skills in Research and Development (R&D) and Research Development
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cosmetic Technology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related fields

• Prior experience in a cosmetics or herbal product R&D lab (2–3 years minimum)

• Knowledge of cosmetic product regulatory requirements
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the cosmetics industry is a plus
