Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities of a Sales Executive

  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building
  • Approach and interact with potential customers in a professional manner.
  • Understand client needs and suggest suitable furniture and interior solutions.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups.
  • Sales & Target Achievement
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
  • Actively promote products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and present quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
  • Showroom & Product Presentation
  • Ensure products in the showroom are displayed attractively and updated.
  • Provide detailed product knowledge to customers, including features, materials, and benefits.
  • Assist in maintaining showroom standards to create a welcoming environment.
  • Market Development & Lead Generation
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and field visits.
  • Build and update a database of potential and existing customers.
  • Assist in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and events to increase brand visibility.
  • Coordination & Reporting
  • Coordinate with design, accounts, and delivery teams for smooth order processing.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and payments.
  • Submit regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager/Head Office.
  • Customer Service & After-Sales Support
  • Handle customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
  • Follow up after sales to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Continuous Learning & Improvement
  • Stay updated with the latest furniture and interior trends.
  • Improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training sessions.
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales strategies and customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
