We are expanding our presence in Chhattisgarh and seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth in our HVAC segment.

Position Summary

The Sales Executive (HVAC) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for HVAC products and services. This role requires strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, excellent communication skills, and a proactive sales approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for HVAC products and services in the Raigarh region.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and institutional segments.
• Conduct site visits, customer meetings, and technical presentations.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and follow-ups until order finalization.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Coordinate with the technical and service teams for project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in HVAC sales, industrial sales, or technical sales.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems (AHUs, Chillers, VRF/VRV, Ducting, Ventilation, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Possession of a two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred).
