Job Title: Industrial Sales Engineer – UPS Department

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Sales Engineer for our UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) Department at Satna location. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of UPS systems and must have prior experience in industrial sales or equipment sales. Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for UPS products in industrial sectors.
• Meet prospective clients, understand their technical requirements, and recommend suitable UPS solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by the management.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure timely support.
• Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and coordinate with technical teams for installation & after-sales support.
• Prepare regular sales reports and update CRM/records accurately.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial sales or equipment sales.
• Strong technical understanding of UPS systems and industrial power solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned region (Satna and nearby areas).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
