Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.) Client Acquisition: Initiate contact with HR managers, decision-makers, and hiring authorities to present recruitment solutions. Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities and schedule client meetings. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs. Sales Closure: Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close recruitment service deals. Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding and fulfillment of client requirements. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and recruitment best practices. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales/business development in the recruitment or HR domain. Recruitment Knowledge: Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, roles, and hiring cycles. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with persuasive abilities. Sales Acumen: Proven track record in lead generation, client conversion, and target achievement. Self-Starter: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field.
