Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will generate leads, manage online listings, handle customer interactions, and ensure a seamless booking experience. If you have a passion for sales and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound & Outbound Calling:
Reach out to potential customers to generate leads and convert inquiries into bookings.

Sales & Promotion:
Promote and sell property packages to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits of Fantigo Living and Homies Living accommodations.

Customer Issue Resolution:
Address and resolve major customer concerns, while basic issues will be managed by the property manager.

Booking Management:
Record and update confirmed bookings on the companys app.

Follow-ups:
Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers to enhance conversions and customer satisfaction.

Property Visits:
Visit properties to take basic updates on property conditions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in using online booking platforms and social media management.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Willingness to visit properties and interact with clients in person.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
