We are looking for a motivated and energetic Outbound Sales Executive to join our team in Nagpur. The role involves visiting retail shops and local businesses to promote and sell our products/services, build strong relationships, and achieve sales targets.
? Conduct shop-to-shop visits to promote and sell company products/services.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
? Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
? Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
? Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team.
? Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
? Represent the company professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
? Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
? Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
? Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, retail sales, or outbound sales.
? Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
? Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
? Local area knowledge (Nagpur) is an added advantage.
